Every two years EPA
organizes an international congress that discusses the
challanges of stationary traffic in connection with the traffic
development in the cities of Europe.

1986, Amsterdam in 1988, Nice in 1990, Berlin in 1992, Rome in 1994,
Budapest in 1996, Barcelona in 1997, Lisbon in 1999, Oslo in 2001,
2003, Geneva in 2005, Madrid in 2007, Vienna in 2009, Turin
in 2011, Dublin in 2013 and Berlin in 2015.

The contents of
the scientific program will result from the activity and
the Scientific and Technical Committee (STC) composed of
European academic, parking, mobility and industrial experts from
European countries. This committee is asked to examine the
process of new ways of using and managing the cities
related parking management contribution concentrating on
economical, communicational and technological notions with
the goal of
illustrating the extent to which parking is and can be an
of efficient cities.
